Teachers enter marks
One block at a time — monthly for Primary, once a term for Secondary — on a keyboard-first grid that autosaves every cell. Present, Absent and Exempt are explicit — a blank is never silently a zero.

Head teacher approves the term
Review every student's totals, then approve to lock the marks and record the result. Made a mistake? Unlock, fix, re-approve — remarks and history are preserved.
